Welcome to Unfreezeit ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and AI video generation services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Unfreezeit provides an artificial intelligence platform that transforms user-uploaded photos into animated video memories. The Service is provided on a "pay-per-product" basis. We do not currently offer subscriptions.
We aim to host your final rendered video (.mp4) indefinitely, subject to our operational viability.
Raw video clips and assets (.zip Source Kits) are stored for 14 days after generation. After 14 days, these files are automatically permanently deleted to manage storage costs. You are responsible for downloading these files within this window.
In the unlikely event that Unfreezeit ceases operations, we guarantee to provide a 30-day notice via the email associated with your order. During this period, you will be able to download all your retained content. After this period, all data will be permanently erased.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, hateful, explicit, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to ban users and withhold refunds for violations of this policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfreezeit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
