Refund Policy

We want you to love your memorial video. However, because our AI process incurs high GPU costs immediately upon generation, we have a strict but fair refund policy.

We WILL Refund If:

• Technical Glitches: The video fails to render, creates corrupted files, or has severe visual artifacts (e.g., green screens, visual static).
• System Failure: You were charged but did not receive a video.
• Severe Distortion: The AI renders a subject in a way that is objectively unrecognizable or horrifying (e.g., severe facial distortion).

To claim a refund for these reasons, please email admin@unfreezeit.com within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID.

We Will NOT Refund If:

• Stylistic Preference: You simply "don't like the vibe" or the artistic direction the AI chose. AI art is subjective.
• Source Issues: The result is poor because the photo you uploaded was blurry, low-resolution, or obstructed.
• Change of Mind: You decided you no longer want the video after it has been generated.
